Shipping, Returns, or Refunds

We use UPS, FedEx, and DHL All over USA and Canada. You will always receive free shipping on every order over $99 and have 11 days to return, exchange or get store credit from the original day of shipment delivery for customers. 

Any item to be returned for a refund should be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with original tags attached. Any returns, exchanges, or refunds should be sent back in the original, undamaged box and packaging. Please note, all sale item purchases are final and are not eligible for returns.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, pierced jewelry, swimwear, or lingerie, if the seal has been broken or is no longer in place. Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached or refunds.
